| We visited London in September 2012. We decided to return again in May 2016. Our aim was to go to the places we had missed on our first trip. We were expecting somewhat cloudy and rainy days but instead had good weather every day. A highlight of the trip was the last day at Windsor Castle which is about 25 miles west of London. This is where the Queen lives part of the year. (Unfortunately, photography is not allow inside the beautiful staterooms and St. George's Chapel.) . |
